What is the panel border,PCB board array,panelize?

The panel border of a customer panel is not part of your PCB circuit design. Instead it is added as extra material around your PCB(s) to form a customer panel. The panel border is usually applied to enforce the mechanical stability of the panel and allows non-functional material outside the PCB which can be used for clamping the panel during assembly.
Usually step and repeat. Taking a single board design and placing as many as they can on a standard sized panels that easier to handle for large production.
It is a relatively simple operation for the photoplotter software to plot one copy, then move and make an identical copy with a X- and Y- offset to space it completely apart with no interference.
Alternatively, your PCB layout can take a single layout and panelize it for more consistent panels.Such an array is also an advantage for board assembly; larger pick and place machines, having to be loaded less often, reduces handling costs.
